Site visit and measure
We get on the roof. Nothing is quoted from a satellite image — on skylight work the rafter or truss layout decides what is possible and whether a permit is triggered.
A written quote, scope spelled out
Layer by layer, including what cheap quotes leave off: eave protection distance, new flashing rather than reused, ventilation correction, and a stated per-sheet price for deck replacement.
Your cooling-off period, unrushed
If you signed in your home, Ontario gives you 10 days to cancel. We do not push to start inside it and we do not run "today only" pricing.
Compliance documents before we start
WSIB clearance, liability insurance, working-at-heights records — provided up front, not chased afterwards. Commercial clients get the full package.
Opened and closed the same day
We never open more roof than we can make watertight before we leave. On occupied buildings, interior containment goes up before anything is cut.
Walkthrough, then warranty
We walk the finished work with you and show photographs of the layers now buried, then the paperwork: manufacturer material warranty plus our workmanship warranty, in writing.

- Liability insurance and WSIB coverage — certificates available on request, every time, without being asked twice.
- Working at Heights certified — the Ontario requirement for anyone working on a roof, and one a surprising number of crews cannot produce.
- Complete scope in-house — roofing, skylight installation, curb and waterproofing, and the interior drywall and finishing. Most installers stop at the roof deck.
Why we photograph what gets covered up
Almost everything that determines whether a roof lasts twenty years is invisible the moment the shingles go down — the membrane distance at the eave, the nailing pattern, whether the flashing is new or reused, whether soft deck sheets were actually replaced.
So we photograph it. Every job gets a record of the layers underneath, handed to you at the walkthrough. It costs us nothing but a few minutes.
It also means that if you ever sell the house, you can show a buyer exactly what is up there. Every photograph on this page came out of that habit.
