Emergency leak calls: anytime. Active leaks are the exception to the hours above — call any hour, any day, including Sundays and holidays.
Usually within a few hours during business hours. If your message arrives overnight or on a Sunday, you will hear from us first thing — unless it is an active leak, in which case call rather than email.
We get on the roof and look at it. On skylight work we also need to see the framing from inside, because the rafter or truss layout determines what is possible and whether a permit is triggered. Expect 30–60 minutes.
Layer by layer, with a stated per-sheet price for any deck replacement we find once the roof is open. No verbal numbers, no figure that moves later.
If you sign in your home, Ontario law gives you 10 days to cancel without penalty. We will not push you to start inside it and we do not run expiring pricing. Compare us properly — we would rather lose a job than win it on pressure.
Call, don't email — (416) 999-9706. We take emergency leak calls outside our posted hours, including Sundays and holidays. Water moving through a ceiling gets worse by the hour.
While you wait: move what you can out of the way, put a container under the drip, and if the ceiling is bulging with trapped water, pierce it deliberately at the lowest point over a bucket. A controlled hole is a far smaller repair than a collapsed ceiling.
