Richmond Hill has one of the highest concentrations of large custom-built homes in the GTA, and custom homes rarely have standard roofs. Feature glazing, circular openings, non-standard pitches, and architect-specified layouts are normal here — which is exactly the work we do most.
Bayview Hill and the estate pockets are architect-designed, one-off builds. Roof geometry is bespoke, framing is not on a standard module, and skylight work here means building the curb for the roof in front of you. This is where our circular curb and dome work gets used — a stock flashing kit is not going to fit.
Newer large-format builds on and around the Oak Ridges Moraine. Generous roof planes and tall interiors make these strong candidates for multiple units or a Longlight run rather than a single skylight. Note that Moraine lands can carry additional environmental approvals for some work.

If you have a long hallway, a great room, or an open-plan upper floor, it is worth asking about.

Installation is the part we will not quote over the phone, because custom work varies far more than subdivision work: bespoke curbs, circular openings and multi-unit runs all sit well above a standard install.
